Welcome to The Holy Family Nursery

Here at The Holy Family Nursery we aim to provide a safe, caring and happy environment in which your child can learn through play. This is where they will begin to develop the skills to progress through the school as independent, successful learners. Nearly all children that attend our Nursery go on to join our Reception class, this ensures a smooth transition for children and their families to primary school as our Nursery children are already familiar with the setting and the staff.

Miss Barrett is the Nursery Class Teacher, Miss Stecka is the Nursery Practitioner.

What we offer

We can accept children as soon as  they are 3 years old. Please see the admissions page of this website for more details.

Sessions offered:

8.50am-12pm - Morning session

8.30am-3.15pm - All day session - including lunch hour (school lunches can be purchased or you can provide a packed lunch)

We hope to be able to offer wrap around care from 7.30am - 5.45pm from September 2020. More details and confirmation of this to follow.

All children who reach their 3rd birthday between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021 are fully funded for 15 hours (morning session).

All day sessions can be accessed by paying a fee for the afternoon session which can also be paid by using childcare vouchers. From September 2021 parents who wish to pay for the additional 15 hours (full time Nursery) the cost will be £78 per week, £5.20 per hour. These payments should be paid in advance via the school gateway.

30 hour funded childcare is also available for afternoon sessions for those families that qualify.
