We wore our Christmas jumpers to support Cafod

We performed our Nativity Show! We were amazing!

We read the Ukrainian story of 'The Spider and the Christmas Tree' and decorated a lollipop stick spider web.

We used the interactive whiteboard to create our own nativity scene!

We practised our fine motor skills by threading around a Christmas stocking

We have been learning about Stickman. We drew our own pictures of what we would use a stick for. We also made our own stick families by counting out a stick for each member of our family.

As part of our Advent learning, we looked at an Advent Wreath. We made our own using headbands, coloured in pictures of them and recreated one using loose parts.

We have been learning about Advent. We were inspired by a Malaysian nativity artwork and made our own using loose parts.

We went on a Gruffalo hunt! We searched for the characters from the story and recorded the characters we had found.

We read The Gruffalo. We acted out the story, counted out purple prickles onto Gruffalo's back and even made our own characters from the story using shapes.

We have been learning about Diwali. We read the story and did lots of activities.

We have been learning about poppies and the brave soldiers who protected us in the war. We did lots of Remembrance Day activities

We have been learning about fireworks. We used sparklers safely!

We have been reading 'Handa's Surprise.' We did observational drawings of the fruit from the story, and then tasted them!
